T-shore
Scalda neemt sinds juni 2022 deel aan het EU-project T-shore, Technical Skills for Harmonized Offshore Renewable Energy. Het project wordt gefinancierd vanuit het programma ERASMUS+ van de European Commissie.
T-shore brengt 13 partners uit 5 Europese landen (België, Denemarken, Ierland, Noorwegen en Nederland) samen om onderzoek te doen naar innovatieve manieren voor het aanleren van vaardigheden in de offshore, hernieuwbare energiesector en de ‘blauwe’ economie.
In T-shore is het doel de internationale privaat-publieke samenwerking op het gebied van onderwijs, onderzoek en ontwikkeling, gericht op de offshore windsector, tot stand te brengen. De ambitie is om voort te bouwen op reeds bestaande regionale partnerschappen (tussen scholen voor beroepsonderwijs en -opleidingen, industriële partners en overheidsorganisaties) met partnerlanden verspreid over Noord-Europa.
Het project wil de samenwerking tussen alle partners versterken en de reeds bestaande regionale partnerschappen op een hoger plan brengen om daarmee onderwijs van hogere kwaliteit te krijgen. Het project zal innovatieve benaderingen creëren voor het aanbieden van opleidingen en aanleren van vaardigheden in de offshore hernieuwbare energiesector. Dit doen wij door offshore energie-hotspots verspreid over Europa met elkaar te verbinden en innovatie en samenwerking tussen aanbieders van beroepsonderwijs en -opleidingen, de industrie en onderzoeksinstellingen te stimuleren.

T-shore, Technical Skills for Harmonized Offshore Renewable Energy, is an EU project that was funded under the European Commision ERASMUS+ 2021 call.
T-shore brings together 13 partners from 5 EU Countries (Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, The Netherlands, and Norway) to research innovative approaches for skills provision in the offshore renewable energy sector and blue economy.
In T-shore, the aim is to establish the international private-public cooperation in terms of education, research and development focused on the offshore wind sector. In this project it is our ambition to build upon already established regional partnerships (between VET schools, industry partners and governmental organisations) with partner countries spread throughout northern Europe. The project aims to strengthen cooperation between all partners and to elevate the already established regional partnerships by using various strategies and activities. The project will create innovative approaches for skills provision in the offshore renewable energy sector by linking offshore energy hotspots spread across Europe, and to stimulate innovation and collaboration between VET providers, industry, and research institutes.
